These are the terms of use and the privacy policy for the Private.coffee Matrix server.

1. Reference to Private.coffee Terms of Use

This server is run by Private.coffee, a small group of people who are passionate about privacy. We are not a company, and we do not make any money from this server. Instead we just expect you to follow the rules set out in our general terms. Please read them carefully and do not use this server if you do not agree with them. In particular, please note that we do not allow any illegal activity on this server, including hate speech and spam, and we reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate our terms.

2. Privacy Policy

As you may have guessed from the name, we are very concerned about your privacy. We only collect the minimum amount of information necessary to run the server, and we do not share it with anyone else unless we are legally required to do so. We do not sell your data to advertisers, and we do not use it to target you with ads. You could say that we are only interested in your privacy, and nothing else.
